Artist Donna Cicatelli

Donna hails from a 38-year career as a Hollywood union makeup artist, working on A-list films and hit television shows. After years of making up famous faces, she is now offering her talent to you.  Spending a year as a apprentice with her teacher to insure Donna is a well trained in micro pigmentation and is a skilled practitioner of this art. 

Donna has watched the permanent makeup  industry evolve into a finely tuned art and she has mastered this technique.

Often referred to as Micro Art, 3-D Tattooing and Hair Stroke style. 

 Donna's method is an ancient technique of tattooing, Now referred to as the "Soft Tap" style. This method is less invasive and much gentler than the tattoo gun.  The tools Donna uses are all disposable

and nothing is ever re-used.

In the early years of permanent makeup, color was unstable and limited.  The lack of skilled artists left many women with undesirable looks that Donna would often have to camouflage.  Applying this art to her clients with complete confidence of aesthetic satisfaction, Donna's clients are guaranteed a highly professional experience in a medical-like setting, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
