Cancellation Policy
​​New Clients
– A $100.00 deposit is required when scheduling an appointment. This deposit will be credited toward your service, the remainder is due upon completion of scheduled service. Credit card info will be taken over the phone and no information is stored or held.
– If new clients do not cancel/reschedule before 48 hours or 2 days of their scheduled appointment, the $100.00 deposit will be kept.
– If a new client fails to cancel their “1st session” appointment before 48 hours, and is interested in rescheduling, the $100 deposit WILL NOT be credited toward the rescheduled service and another deposit of $100 is required.
– For cancellations, we ask that you please call/text us at 818-807-9535.
– When you receive your appointment reminder through our automated scheduling system, please DO NOT call/text that # back to correspond with us. This is strictly a system we use for scheduling and we will NOT receive your text.
– If you are interested in rescheduling your appointment, we will do our best to try to accommodate you. However, due to Donna’s extensive client list, we cannot guarantee your appointment will be within the same week or month of the original cancelled appointment/s. We will be happy to place you on our waitlist.
Retuning Clients
– Must cancel/reschedule before 48 hours or 2 days of scheduled appointment/s. Also, if your appointment is on a Monday, we must hear from you before 72 hours, our studio is not always open on Saturdays.
